Glad to have you on the forum.

I hope you seen the new A4's already because they're on the road now in VOLUME!

Are you planning to trade in your current A4 for the B9 or sell it privately?

Welcome! Is that your first Audi or have you had experience with other models/years before?

x2

being someone that doesn't like to hold onto vehicles for too long, i can only imagine how much it will discourage someone from buying a vehicle customized that much. having this done on an A4 will just result in someone else getting our potential buyer. wrapping is the way to go, cost effective, looks great, and easy to remove.

Just realized this as well, for re-sale, that would really suck. I think we can all appreciate the steps their taking to try and throw more customization into the potential owners hands, but I don't think this is really the right route to go.

Recently seen that Opel is offering this exclusive thing where if you buy the car, you can choose specifically which color you want from the spectrum. Which means you could literally have one of one in those colors. That's something that would be cool to have.

On these lower end Audi's we can't really expect it unless Audi starts a division dedicated to that. But at that point its probably best they leave it open to S4 buyers, just as a way to further the experience of buying an S-Model. On the bright side it will benefit their S-Line trims.

All they have to do is take a page out of MB's book.

That is true.. even if they did, I doubt even the S4 would get it. It would first be launched for the R8, then the RS models and it'll probably stop there to be honest.
